Do you ship worldwide?
No, Birthplace only offers shipping to Australia & New Zealand.
How much is shipping?
Birthplace offers free shipping on all Australian orders. Orders to New Zealand incur a postage fee of $7.
How will my order be shipped?
Birthplace uses Australia Post tracked parcels and letters for all orders. When your order is shipped you will receive an email with a tracking number to follow your orders progress. We do not offer EXPRESS POST.Â
How long will my order take to arrive?
All orders are shipped within 10 working days, however the average order dispatch time is much shorter at approximately 4 working days. We cannot guarantee shipping times and sometimes baby’s arrive before your parcel. Birthplace does not offer refund/replacement unless your items are faulty.Â
Where are my download files?
On purchase you should receive your files however in the event you don’t please let me know and I can resend your files directly.
I haven't received order tracking information. What should I do?
Check your junk folder first (that’s where they usually end up), If not there, email me and I will resend tracking information.
I haven't received my order. What should I do?
Please check your tracking email and contact Australia Post directly for a postage update.
How do I return an item?
