I adore these stainless steel clip on diffusers. They’re compact and lightweight, easy to use and not to mention cute as heck.

I loved essential oils in both of my pregnancies. I used them in two main stages 1. Morning Sickness & 2.In Labour

I used peppermint or ginger for nausea on my drive to work and clary sage and lavender to keep me in the zone on the way to hospital for birth.
