As a doula, Birth Time is essential watching for my clients. I watched it at the cinema with two fellow doulas and we laughed, cried and ached for the women and their stories. There was nothing “new” for us in the documentary. We hear stories like the ones documented ALL the time.

But unfortunately most people outside of birthing don’t. They don’t realise the power they have and how the system doesn’t support them.
