Clary Sage is commonly used to enhance and support effective contractions during labour. It can also be used outside of pregnancy to support painful periods, ease anxiety and encourage healthy menstrual cycles.
Use in a diffuser, use in a blend (always check with care providers prior to use) or sniff it from a tissue.
