Gentle Hands Wooden Bowl
The shape of the bowl reminded me of the hands preparing to receive your sweet baby. I tell my doula clients that most babies need hands to receive them or a soft place to land. Visualising the journey from within you to your arms to helpful to remove fears and normalise the journey you and your baby are about to make.
I like to use this bowl to display crystals and other treasures my kids bring me. This bowl could be used as a way to gather of hold your birth intentions. Write down your intentions and hopes for your birth, fold and add them to your bowl. This bowl could be a beautiful addition to a birth altar.
