Ginger Essential Oil
Morning sickness is nausea and vomiting experienced by many women during pregnancy. It affects between 70 to 85 percent of pregnant women and is caused by a change in hormone levels. Ginger is commonly suggested to help with nausea and has been shown during clinical trials to work too. However there isn’t a lot of ginger in ginger biscuits or lolly’s so essential oil is a great way introduce ginger.
Use in a diffuser, use in a blend (always check with care providers prior to use) or sniff it from a tissue.

Is this safe for use during pregnancy?
Use this oil with care, best used in a diffuser or diluted with a carrier oil (1% ratio). Avoid using essential oils during the first trimester unless you are under the supervision of a qualified practitioner. Always speak to your care provider before use.
